Main Product Information

This tuning kit enables you to deactivate the speed limiter of your e-bike. When in use, the actual speed of 18 km/h will appear on your display. Then the speed indicator gets stabilized and keeps on showing the same value even at higher speeds.

SpeedBox 1.0 for Brose Specialized stays active after being installed in your bike, so you don’t have to worry about turning it on and off.

When connecting Tuning Kit to an e-bike you will find connectors colored to make installation very simple. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to make installation easy for you. Disassembly of our tuning kit is just as easy. If you have any troubles with installation or disassembly, do not hesitate to contact us. If you are planning to install Speedbox on a brand-new bike, make sure you ride it for at least 0.6 miles (1 km) before the tuning kit is activated.

Electric bikes equipped with SpeedBox products are not allowed to be used on public roads, cycling paths and public places. FuriousEvo easy+Gen5 Bosch rocks!

V.good experience for me. Fast delivery & well packaged. Took my time to carefully install the kit by following pdf instructions, but actually it was dead simple to fit (even lowering motor) Used blobs of hot glue to fix electromagnet securely to motor (as shown in Aussie YouTube vid). Took my time to carefully install the kit by following pdf instructions, but actually it was dead simple to fit (even lowering motor) Used blobs of hot glue to fix electromagnet securely to motor (as shown in Aussie YouTube vid). Job done! First test-ride gave me a biiig grin. The bike now rides more like a regular bike as you don’t hit the ridiculous ‘treacle wall’ after passing 15.5mph. Fastest I’ve got so far is 24.5mph on the flat in eMTB mode. My happy place is around 17/18mph in eco mode. Purion display stats are out the window, so use Strava app or similar to clock speed, distance etc. I’m weary to not exceed 25mph (as advised) and occasionally check sensor/magnet distance stays within required space/mm limit to avoid error messages. Switch off flow app software updates to avoid error messages & consider the app redundant before you start. It’s worth it! Jim, Scarborough.

Completely changes the riding experience!!

I love the speedi and have used it on multiple wheel sets and bikes. Easy to install and don't have to worry about it interfering with the motor.

Speed i feedback

Six Bolts inserred into lower plastic part, covered bye thin plastic top, seams difficult to remove as we cannot remove top part without berlingot risk. However, it’s working fine, Max speed increased by 50%
