People do seem to break these parts from time to time - either from crashing hard or overtightening the mounting screws. Peartune MSO 4.0 For Brose Sram motors only

I received the chip on Saturday and followed the installation instructions and their youtube video on instruction sheet. The chip did not function correctly. I turn on the bike and then it would shut off immediately. I have emailed Peartune directly but no response. Giant Advanced E bike

Not sure yet I purchased a item that did not fit my application. The Tech support was awesome and they guided me to the correct part. Just a waiting to recieve new item. Keep you guys updated
