SpeedFun Furious Evo easy+ for TQ HPR50

The function of the Furious Evo tuning device for TQ HPR50 is to electronically manipulate the rotation speed of the rear wheel and to communicate to the motor a speed always lower than 25 KmH in order to obtain a real speed with a very high active motor. The maximum speed limit will therefore be dictated by the power of the motor added to the power expressed by one’s legs.

This tuning kit is compatible with TQ HPR50 motor regardless of the display/handlebar control installed on the e-bike. When tuning is active, the display (or app) will show the altered speed and km.

SpeedFun Furious Evo is supplied ready to use, plug and go, can be activated and deactivated as desired and maintains the setting even after the ebike is turned off. It can be easily installed thanks to the original and/or compatible connectors.

The tuning kit manipulates the speed signal without altering the motor's power relative to pedaling speed. This guarantees a smooth motor control without speed limit interruptions. Depending on a tuning kit, some determine when assistance stops, while others remove the restriction entirely for continuous support. However, the achievable speed mostly depends on the eBike model. Achievable speed can be calculated using a simple formula:

Speed = Cadence [rpm] * Wheel circumference [mm] * Front Chainring Teeth / Rear Chainring Teeth * 60 [min/h] / 1.000.000 [mm/km]

After installation, your tuning kit will be activated with the activation of your eBike. This tuning kit can be activated / deactivated also, but only by your choice, you do not need to do it everytime you turn on ebike.

IMPORTANT Activation and deactivation:
- Turn off the ebike.
- Place the chain on the longest gear (the smallest rear sprocket).
- Position the left pedal at 11.00. From now on, do not turn the rear wheel.
- Turn on the ebike and wait for the complete check. Don't spin the rear wheel (not yet).
- Lift the rear wheel off the seat or frame. Don't spin the rear wheel (not yet).
- Give a strong pedal stroke (only one). Let the wheel spin over 30 km / h for a few seconds.
The system recognizes the rotation acceleration and interprets it as a command to activate or deactivate cyclically) the speed release. Upon activation, the display (if present) shows the speed that passes from real to manipulated in the manner described above. When deactivated, the speed changes from manipulated to real on the display and the bike returns to its original condition.

This tuning kit is compatible with TQ HPR50 motor regardless of the display/handlebar control installed on the e-bike.

When connecting the SpeedFun chip to an eBike you will find connectors colored to make installation very simple. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to make installation easy for you. Disassembly of our tuning chip is just as easy. If you have any troubles with installation or disassembly, do not hesitate to contact us.
